When I found the property for rent in Lititz and had my
"AH HAH" moment, that I wanted to open an ice cream
parlor there, Hershey's was the first company I thought
of. I had no experience running an ice cream parlor and was thrilled to read on the Hershey’s web site that they were willing to help their dealers setup. I sent an email
not expecting a response to a small inexperienced
entrepreneur like myself. I could hardly believe how
quickly I received a call back and how helpful Tom was
in getting me started and educating me about ice cream
and the business of running a parlor. With Tom’s help,
I SAVED SO MUCH TIME AND MONEY!

I love Hershey's Ice Cream and I have come to realize
how many others do also. Hershey’s has so many great
flavors; I wish I could sell them all! I can't tell you how
many customers are SO HAPPY; they know
Hershey’s is a great ice cream too!

With Tom’s help, we have GREATLY EXCEEDED OUR
EXPECTED SALES NUMBERS! It's been a blast! And
I know that with Hershey’s help, we will be around
for many years to come!
