The Food and Drug Administration has
developed guidelines that specify what
products can be called “ice cream”. If the
products do not meet that standard they
must be labeled “frozen dairy desserts.”
Trust us you can taste the difference. Not only
is the flavor reduced by way of less dairy fat,
other fillers are used to make up the difference,
as well as more air may be pumped into the
mix when it is manufactured.
At Hershey’s® Ice Cream we have been
making REAL ice cream since 1894,
and we continue to make REAL ice
cream and ice cream novelties.
So before you buy, look at the
label. If it’s not Hershey’s®
Ice Cream it might not be real.
Get real. Get Hershey’s®!
You’ll taste the difference.
