2 8" square pans of pre-baked brownies

4 cups (2 pints) of your favorite Hershey's® ice cream

3

1/3 cup creamy peanut butter

4

1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional, for topping)

5

1 tbsp peanut butter (optional, for topping)

Directions
  1. Spread 1/3 cup peanut butter on top of one of the pans of brownies (make sure brownies are cool), then freeze for 15 minutes
  2. Spread softened ice cream on top of peanut butter
  3. Remove the brownie from the second pan and place it on top of the ice cream
  4. Place the chocolate chips and 1 tbsp peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds on low power
  5. Remove the bowl from the microwave, stir, and microwave again for another 30 seconds on low power
  6. Remove the bowl from the microwave and stir again (if not fully melted, keep microwaving the mixture for 10 second increments, stirring in between every time until smooth and fully melted)
  7. Drizzle the chocolate peanut butter mix on top of brownie sandwich
  8. Cut into 9 slices and serve!
